I am no longer getting ev miles on my RemoteLink Android app. Everything else on the app is working fine.

I have also disappeared from voltstats.net, suggesting that the issue is at the Onstar server.

Anybody know what is going on?

Lot's of discussion re this and lack of data on VoltStats. I and several others have called OnStar and have been told they are in the middle of a big software up date and when they are finished this data should be available again. The only function working is the fob functions, all other data isn't displaying.

Agreed. I use myvolt to periodically check charging status and other data and it's been temperamental for the past couple weeks or so, in particularly with the charge status indicating I have 0 miles range and it's not plugged in, yet it was plugged in with more than half a battery shortly before. It usually does it a couple days then works normal, and goes back to not working properly. It's not critical for me, but more of a convenience. At least they aren't messing with the fob function. I don't use it much, but when I have it's because I was stupid and locked my apartment with my car and door keys inside. Fortunately I usually have my phone on me and a spare set of house keys in the Volt.

Is there a place on the car itself that shows total EV miles for lifetime?
Unfortunately, no. This is one place where GM should NOT have made the Volt just like a 'normal' car.

Yeah, it would be great if it showed and saved more information. Like a log of each trip between full charges, as well as more lifetime stats. Obviously that's a very minor complaint... it's the nicest car I've ever bought myself AND it runs on magic!

You can math it up pretty easily, as long as your lifetime MPG isn't "250+". Divide your usual MPG (I just use the EPA for convenience) by the Lifetime and you get a number that's your fraction of the odometer that's gas fueled miles. 1 - that number is your fraction of EV miles. Multiply by odometer reading. Ain't perfect, but probably matches within a couple percent of what the website would say.

I finally got a reply from OnStar about the missing Lifetime EV miles:

Our internal teams are very aware of this concern and we have discovered that uninstalling/reinstalling has been helping some users. Please know that we are diligently working to resolve this common concern. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have a time frame as to when this will be fully resolved. We apologize for any continued frustration and recommend checking back for updates.
In order to continuously improve our service, I’d like to invite you to take a short 6-7 question survey. Please click below to take a short survey and tell us how we did. Thank you for your time!

Typically, the link they gave me to take a short survey, led to an expired page.

Is Voltstats working for anyone anymore? Mychevrolet.com has started working again but not Voltstats. If Onstar has stopped providing stats there is 0 chance that I will renew when my free 3 years ends.

Works just fine for me, and has, minus a couple of day, all the way through this. I attribute this to regular whiskey-drinking.

Could be. 2017 here with same "--" lifetime EV miles issue. Been back-and-forth with OnStar about it several times. They didn't seem to realize there is a problem here...
