Day 3 and I love it!

Torque - holy smokes...easy to spin tires. 0-30 acceleration is essentially instantaneous. It is quicker off the line than the average sports car.

Black/Black Premier with confidence I+II and adaptive cruise control. Deal was very attractive after all the incentives.

Adaptive Cruise is by far the best feature. Makes the highway much easier and relaxing.

All the other safety features are a nice fallback and made insurance cost go down by $1 vs my old car.

The paddle regen is much easier to use than expected. Coming from two 6-speeds and a spirited driving, it just feels like steady firm brake pressure.

The garage unfortunately has an issue telling the charger there is a ground fault. Currently running a heavy duty extension cord into the house.

Purchased a level 2 charger and investigated the breaker to find enough room for a new dedicated circuit.

Already killed a whole charge once. And that included switching to gas mode on the freeway for a few miles to conserve the battery.

The total usage so far is about 160 miles with .4 gal of gas used.

Overall - A+

Already recommending to friends and family. The amount of tech you get for the price of a Camry is un-matched.

The only thing that could possibly be more fun at this price is a Miata.

The ACC is a really nice feature. I have mine since May and I love it. I was without it for a month (got rear-ended and was in the Shop). I had to drive our back-up minivan...I didn't really appreciate the ACC until I had to drive a car without it. Makes a big difference.

That 0-30 is fantastic, isn't it? Just a smooth accel without gear changes or any hesitation.

Congrats on getting the new Volt! Glad you are loving it!

I got a 2013 used when My 2012 lease was up due to the residual being $24k on the 2012 and saved a lot of money getting the 2013 with same mileage for a ton less.

I can hardly wait until 2019 to move to a Gen II or if something else interesting in the Volt family comes to market by then. :)
