If all goes well, we will pick up a 2012 Black with the premium light tan interior and all the goodies tomorrow after work from Boardwalk Chevy in Redwood City, CA.
I'll post tomorrow with pics and comments on how it goes! (Right now, I'm reading the manual!)
Things to think about upon delivery of a new Volt?
Sooooo...
The new car should be ready after work today and the dealer will pick it up from another dealer first thing this morning and call me when they have it.
What should I know about or check for when I do my own PDI? (I do have the battery mod question on my list)
I have the PDI sheet Chevy used last year, so I have an idea of what should happen there. From reading here on the forum, this is my list:
Full tank of gas
Fully charged
Two keys
MPG reset
Confirm nav map database up to date (do I get a disk?)
All accessories purchased are present
Tire pressure
Radio Antenna
For California, front license plate holder
110 V charger
Tire pump and sealer canister
All manuals present (what's supposed to be there?)
Anything else? Any perks to inquire about, like free or heavily discounted 15k service, discounts on accessories & parts, tire rotations, Etc?
