Purchased a 2017 Volt Premier last week.
Color: Silver Ice Metallic
Trim: Jet Black
Options:
Driver Confidence I
Driver Confidence II
MyLink Radio with Navigation
Inside rear side-window sunshade
Cargo net
I'm loving the car so far. My normal driving is always within the 53 mile battery range. I added an adapter to the included charger for 240V so have quicker charging. I converted my PG&E rate plan from E to EV so have time of day billing rather than tiered which should reduce my bill substantially based on the past year's usage.
My last vehicle was a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe so I double my gas mileage if I were to just use the ICE but shouldn't be using any gas unless I go on a trip. The Santa Fe was easier to get in and out of but that's probably the only thing I miss about it at this point. It was a dependable vehicle for 12 years though.
Right now the plan is to keep the Volt for 5 years and reevaluate car technology at that time unless I end up moving or something.
