Wentworth Chevrolet, Portland Oregon, already has 2017 Volt LT's at $5,000 off M.S.R.P. which brings the price for a base model down to a little over $29,000. (with Fed Tax Credit of course $21,500). No sales tax in Oregon as well.

I think the price may actually go lower as Wentworth may be anticipating a 20% off MSRP soon from GM, just a hunch.

When I see the price of a 2017 Volt LT drop even lower to about $25,000 I just may pull the trigger as we qualify for the Fed Tax Credit 100%.

I have also seen big discounts online in my area of $5-$6000.00 off MSRP.

I was happy getting $4300 off MSRP on my 2017 Permier w/ACC last Aug. I would think 2017's would discounted even more considering the 18's are due any day now.

I also noticed that chevrolet.com only shows 1 leasing offer for Volts currently (they use to have a 0% financing deal a week or so ago) and *no* offers for Bolts (they used to have a 3.9% financing deal).
I'm hoping this is a lull before a storm of nice offers coming.

I don't think the 2018 Volt will be much or perhaps any different than the 2017 Volt. When we purchased our 2016 Volt Premier it was in July 2016 at Wilsonville Chevrolet, 15 miles or so south of Portland Oregon. At that time GM offered 20% off MSRP and the dealer kick in another $3,000 off, a total of $11,000 off MSRP, the price was so low that we could not pass it up. In fact earlier my brother in law called me and told me about the offer from their home in Arizona. He told me if I didn't buy it he would. Well we bought it and a week later my sister and him purchased a new 2017 Volt LT.

Alfon,, did your sister and brother all go to Oregon to purchase? I'm holding out for 20% off deals. I don't mind fly and drives as I've bought 3 BMW motorcycles that way.. Makes for a good road trip and stories down the road..

No I believe they purchased their 2017 Volt LT locally in Arizona where thet live in Mesa. If I didn't buy it my brother in law would have called Wilsonville Chevrolet and placed a hold deposit on it and him and my sister would have flown up to Portland, pick up the Volt and spend a few days with us before heading out.
