Depends on where you live.
Here, north of Tampa, where last year were orange groves we've got a huge outlet mall, not far away to the east a huge indoor ice rink, a little further east and there's a brand new 4 lane road going north/south to who knows what. South of there are 2 new schools with associated roads. Next year the main road outside our subdivision will go from single lane to 3!. Then there's the new businesses that open & close regularly.....
