I'm buying out of state as it was the only red fully loaded volt I could find with the tan interior for a reasonable price ($19k). At least I hope that's a reasonable price.

I'm going to hold on to my 05 Audi A6 at least until I've had one winter in the Volt.

One more thing. I've never driven one or seen one in person, but for some reason I just want one.

You won't regret it. If you've never driven one it will probably be better than you are expecting. Such a smooth, quiet and fast when you want it to be ride. I still look forward to every drive after a year and a half of ownership.

Another advantage of ev driving at least for me, is the motor output is the same at high elevation as low. If you've ever driven I70 at the Eisenhower Tunnel you will appreciate the difference in a Volt.

That is an amazing deal on a 13. I tried 3 diff dealers, offered 22k and they all balked at the deal. That was on a base model
