What services do you actually need? Most things on the volt can be done at any garage, and the usual stuff is the same diy as any ice car. Brakes, fluids, etc.

I don't think the Prius breaks down a lot. In SF there is a large number of them,, with many of them taxis. These taxis can be serviced at LG for a reasonable cost and quickly. I drove a 2002 Prius for 13 years with minor issues - replaced with the Volt. If I lived in SF and had a Priius, I would take it to Luscious Garage for service.
