Has anyone had this issue? When starting to a destination, all goes well for a few minutes and then the red arrow (showing my location) starts to slowly spin and the map also starts to spin. Also, the arrow takes off in different directions and the voice guidance starts to tell me to "turn left, make a u turn, turn right" etc over and over. Irritating to say the least!

It would also help if you'd identify the model year, and accessories plugged into the various ports in the car, with special attention to what is plugged into the USB port.

Yes, that has been discussed here before. The first thing to try is resetting the system like this:

Center stack>Config button>Radio Settings>Software Versions Menu>Clear and Reset Radio

If that doesn't do it, some have had the radio replaced. Or navigate with your phone.
