Yeah, I had the same experience this morning too. Also, I received an email diagnostics report on my other vehicle this morning, but the latest oil life / mileage data wasn't available from the website in Excel or CSV form for download, which I use to keep records of my oil life and average daily mileage for the month.
OnStar's IT department obviously leaves something to be desired.
I noticed this too. However I suspect they may be doing an update so that could be the reason for the disabled button. I know I did contact OnStar a couple weeks ago about the efficiency data not being correct on my VOLT, they did formally submit the issue within their system, and they contacted me a couple days ago saying they found the issue and had a resolution for it. So hopefully it is an update that is the reason for the ghost button.
