since april, my data stopped loading on to myvolt.com.
I reached out in August for help and was assured someone would call me back.

a month later... no call. so i called to be told that the problem would be corrected in a few days. asked why no one followed up with me and i got an apology and a promise to be contacted with an update in 2 days.

the call did come with a report that all is restored. unfortunately it was not and iIhad to ask for the correction to be escalated.

a month later i get a call out of the blue saying go on line and get your data... well all except 75% of my mileage was reported. this time I was asked to send my screenshot to [email protected] which i dutifully did.

I was promptly responded to asking me not to send an email to this address, but to contact the 888 number.

so much for the Volt aura they are trying to project... it makes me wonder if I paid too much for my vehicle if gm can afford to pay their support personnel 3 or 4 tries to solve a customer issue.

I know myvolt.ca went through a 2.0 upgrade but someone should know how to recover affected accounts and verify their work before telling a customer it's all solved?

I've been on a 3 month trial for OnStar and I'm still surprised how buggy and low quality the websites and apps are. Sure, OnStar has other features and services, but the website and apps are their most frequent customer exposure. For the monthly subscription price they are trying to get, it sure comes across pretty shoddy. Hard for me to justify that cost when things just don't work.

I agree. They have multiple web sites and apps for the Volt and none of them are polished.
