We've historically had a lot of problems with spambots, so all first posts sit in an invisible, moderated status until manually confirmed by a moderator. You should be good to go.

The only thread I show you as starting is "first time charging..." in the Gen 2 Volt forum, which is normal and has acquired two replies in the last hour. Is there another thread that you thought you'd started?
