After a few weeks of research I picked up my new to me 2014 Volt in Summit White:

Land vehicle Vehicle Car Chevrolet volt Motor vehicle

It's a base model with backup camera. It has just under 22,000 miles of which 64% are EV miles. I purchased the car from Carvana and was completely happy with the entire buying process. I picked it up at their Atlanta facility last Wednesday and since then have driven about 200 miles. The car came with a nearly full tank of gas (with no idea if it's regular or premium) so I've been running a lot in "Hold" to reduce the amount in the tank before I add a couple more fresh gallons of Premium.

I'm extremely happy with the car so far. Most of my weekly driving is within 25 miles of home so I expect to be almost all electric once I get done clearing out some of the extra gas in the tank. I managed to get about 42 miles on a full charge with four adults in the car and driving at 60-65 on the highway. The car is very quiet and it handles just fine. I think this is a great replacement for the 2011 VW TDI I'll be selling back to VW in December as part of the "Dieselgate" emissions settlement. After all is said and done I'll pocket an extra $4k from the buyout amount over what I paid for the Volt.

Looking forward to lots of miles on this car!

Congrats. I'm from Jonesboro Georgia and have seen two Volts so far aside from mine, Silver and Red though there's more. If you're ever in the College Park area there's 4 free GE charging units near the Marta station. Check Plug Share.

Congrats on the new car. I also got a 2014 two months ago. I also had a VW Golf, but it was a 2.5L and it consumed a lot of gas in the city. I'm glad I got rid of it.

Enjoy the new to you car. I enjoy mine very much.
I like my TDI, a Jetta Sportwagen, but accepting the buyback was a no brainer. I think the Volt will be a perfect replacement.

Very cool. I looked at Carvana when I was shopping for my Volt. There seemed to be some good experiences with the purchase.
I never really considered Carvana before but I'm glad I did. The entire experience has been very good.

I've seen a couple of Volts around Norcross besides mine. I'm sure I'll notice more (seems like you always see more of "your" car than before you had it) as I get used to having the Volt.

Nice trade - a cheater diesel for a cool Volt, with cash left over!

You done good.
I really like the TDI, especially the low-end torque. The Volt has the same (or more) than the TDI which is fantastic. The extra cash in the bank is a nice little bonus!

Just between you and me, the 2014 is the best year for Gen 1's ;^)
I agree!
