Anyone having trouble with the app lately? I can't seem to get into it. Every time I put my credentials in, it tells me the app version isn't supported, and directs me to update it. I go to update it and there are no updates. Then all I can do is open it and repeat the cycle. I've uninstalled it a few times as well. Nothing seems to help.

Working fine for me on a Pixel 2XL. Try uninstalling it and then reinstalling.

I had the same problem with the State Farm app last week. So I ended up deleting the app and then went back to the app store to re-install it. It said I needed to update my OS to the latest version. I've been putting that off since it's going to kill several of my apps.

As for the functionality of the MyChevrolet app, I haven't gotten a "charging complete" notification since Tuesday, Oct. 2nd. Or maybe that has nothing to to with the app and is just an OnStar malfunction. I still get no charging history in the app, website, or in the monthly email report.

Same here, no charge complete notifications at all since the same date... weird...

Not sure if you're using Android of iOS, but my iOS version is 3.14.0 (build131) and it works fine. No issues, on my iPhone X with iOS12.

Mine is an older version of Android (no more updates available).

I uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times to no avail. Onstar says it's a "known" problem they are working on. But it's been several days, so I tend to wonder how hard they are working :)

The Pixel 3 is coming out this week, they are announcing it on the 9th. Pixels get the fastest updates, you are always on the very latest version of Android. As I said earlier MyChevrolet is working fine on my Pixel2XL.

So chevy is now telling me my phone is too old. I'm not buying that because the app installs just fine, and I can get to the login screen. I tried this on a really old phone and the app wouldn't even install. I am running Android 4.4.2. Can anyone verify if they are running the mychevy app on an Android device with version 4.4.2 (KitKat) or older?

some of us had to make a new account at mychevy using our real email and not a user name.
Once I re-linked my user data I was able to access the car stats.
