Sounds like it was Keyes. I don't see how anyone benefits by not calling out a bad dealership/salesperson, as long as it's a fair critique.

Well if you want to be on the losing end of a lawsuit, sure call them out by name but it may cost you time and money. Businesses are being more aggressive than ever going after reviews / blogs in the online format.

FWIW: Thankfully this should no longer be the case once the Consumer Review Fairness Act of 2016 is signed into law. You can then feel free to blog/post online reviews galore!

Yes, I'd rather CMA and just leave out specific names. Plus 1 guy at a dealership being a douche doesn't necessarily mean mean the whole dealership is bad.
