I am negotiating a purchase of a 16 Volt from a Houston TX dealer.

They have a GM Program 1000 mile Volt. Never registered. The MSO is Intact.

They have their name as a purchasing Dealer on the title paper from GM.

Is the Federal Credit still unused?

Sounds good. Get a copy of the MSO and just make sure your paper is checked as a "new" car. This completely protects you from the IRS. If you don't mind, PM me with what you are paying for a left over 2016. I would love to find one. I thought they were all gone.

Interesting that a Texas dealer has a 2016 Volt; I thought Texas didn't get the 2016 model. May be a dealer trade or something, which is how it got 1000 miles on it.
