Hello,
Does anyone know where the tow hook might be kept for the 2017 Volt? I've looked all over and can't find it.

The tow hook should be in the rear hatch compartment under the floor mat, next to the 12V battery.

It is in a space made just for it under the tire inflater.

See the attached pictures of underneath the hatch area floor cover.

The proper name for it is the Tow Eye Bolt. Page 312 of the 2k17 Volt manual - steps 3 and 4 are the relevant sections.. Note there is a cover on the front bumper to hide where the tow eye bolt screws in - this too may not be intuitively obvious.
