I live in a condo and want to install a dedicated charging station for just my parking stall. Is there a way to meter my usage so I can reimburse the HOA since it would have to tap a shared electrical source?

Bonus question: Any recommended installers in Los Angeles area?

My Blink unit shows the kWh used by month. You just read it off the display. (So far this month I've used 38.46 kWh). I assume other units do the same. I think you can also log on to the website and get more detailed information but I've never looked into this.

Onstar sends you a monthly report so even your 120V charger can be reported.

I guess I should add, I'll be doing the majority of my charging at my office. So my home charges will be infrequent...mostly weekends. So I'd need to know the electrical usage for just those charges. That's why I was thinking of metering the charging station itself might be the solution?
