I read the comments, which made me smile. The "Cons" are related to lower (supervisory) and middle management. As a past Supervisor, Manager, and Director in my jobs at the Puerto Rico Telephone Company (PRTC) which is now known as "Claro", I find these comments constructive, yet not truly revealing Mary Barra's problems, but GM's problems in management. So the comments put her as the reason for her lower score when they are wrong. If this survey was done at the higher levels that work directly under Barra, her rating will go higher, probably as high as 4.8 points.

My employees loved me as their Boss for 37 years, such that they gave me a retirement party outside of the main office and they put up all the expenses to do so. That is the best feedback a Boss can get!

There's suspicion she was nominated to be CEO to be the "whipping girl" for all the pre-bankruptcy failures in GM's management. Instead she rose to the challenge, including having GM take responsibility for failures that the bankruptcy would have shielded them from. GM's now building cars and trucks that people actually want to drive vs. much of the garbage that was being produced prior to 2008.
