The Baker Administration has allocated $12 million to this program and the pie-chart at Mor-ev only shows $5 million allocated. A call to the nice gentleman who answers the phone at Mor-ev will tell you that they are expecting another chunk of money in a few weeks. So all you Bolt-wannabes (like myself) can rest easy until you have enough pennies saved.

As of this morning it was down to under $200,000. I just checked and it looks like more money was added to the fund. There is now $3,947,250 remaining and only $31,000 issued/reserved.
