It was a dark and stormy night when out of the mist a ghost carriage suddenly appeared with a blinding light. It made not a sound as it materialized and then was gone again, lost into the fog of night.

I was trying something similar w/my gen 1 Volt a while back. I got a good shot of the car, but not as much of the "light beams" as I was hoping for.

You need to shoot at night to get a decent image of the beams.
