As shown in the OP's photo, CMIIT = https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ministry_of_Industry_and_Information_Technology.

That product registration number (similar to FCC product registration number) can probably be used to identify the manufacturer.

FCC ID HYQ4EA is registered as a fob for Camaro and Malibu and they can be purchased here:

From the OP's photo the Grantee code = HYQ and the Product code = 4EA
The FCC database confirms that, as marked on the fob, it is manufactured by DENSO of Japan. And, based on photos in the FCC database, the same circuit board is used in quite a few different Chevy fobs and can probably be found at a junk yard.
