GM is now providing dealers ICVs instead of bonus tags. ICVs are tied to a VIN like bonus tags and can use up to 3 (I believe) for $1500 on a deal.

With that said, these are at dealer prerogative, and they go fast once a dealer has them.

Whatever happened to that??? NO ONE wants to play the 4 square "shell game" or WILL!

Glad for your ridiculous feedback. We used up all Certs on this go around netting customers 5000.00 below invoice and less all incentives. Those who purchased and those who leased got to apply my deal to their deal savings a bunch. My prices are posted as well and on line, but for those who shop with me on the Forum and for the over 1800 who have bought from me from the forum and for all those who repeat they get it. It would be so simple if all qualified for everything, but that is not the General Motors way. I do my best to provide the best service.

Deals on Volts at Keyes Chevy are great and Bolt deals have never been better.

Make an entire thread about Volt deals and can't once post the prices they are selling before whatever discounts they are holding.

I'll be very glad when the dealer model dies, it's a time wasting shell game where telling anyone the actual price always involves them wasting an hour or two of their time.

So looking forward to my Model 3.
