After a few months of searching, I found a 2012 within budget and now own a Volt! It will be a daily driver taking the workload off of my 2016 Chevy SS.
The OnStar module was bad on the car and it was a length delay getting it replaced (dealer paid the tab $674), but it's fixed and OnStar, Bluetooth, Nav and XM are all now operational. One other interesting thing, the original owners copied over 3500 songs onto the hard drive.

Just cleaned up for the first time. Looks good from 15-20ft. Lots of light scratches and dings on the car, but to be expected at 70K.

I ordered a 240V charger from Clipper Creek and had installed at office/warehouse, works great and is still portable.

I preferred the red but local car was asking $26,000 Cdn (no options) for a 2013 (low mileage). I settled on a silver one just a mile down the road with Bose for $16,000 Cdn. Still like the red though.
