Just got a new lease on a a 2017 Volt LT.
Hopefully this is helpful.

Breakdown, below, let me know any questions and I can put you in touch with my sales guy if you like. He's great. This is in the Bay Area.
10k miles annual
ZERO drive off $219.50/mo. Total over 36 months (35 payment is $7682.50)

you can also do better with lease conquest or loyalty (have GM or non GM lease, no need to turn in) or GM card
or both. Or really hack it if you have a Farm Bureau membership (extra $500)
Same lease with
Loyalty : $209.50 a month
GM card: $195
both: $180.51 / month

MSRP: $34,155
Dealer Discount: -$4,935
GM Rebates: -$6,860
Acq Fee: $595

36 months, 10,000 miles
Residual: 51% = $17,419.05
MF: 0.0004
APR: 0.96%
Tax Rate: 8.75% (SF)

Monthly: $201.84 + $17.66 = $219.50

Rebates:
Costco executive: $700
CA clean vehicle: $1,500

LEASE TOTAL: $219.50 * 35 = $7,682.50
NET TOTAL (with rebates): $7,682.50 - $700 - $1,500 = $5,482.50

Effective monthly payment: $152.29

(if you have a current lease and GM card rebate, it could be $114.38, totally crazy :))

Good luck! I am told best deals are until end of year, costco ends on 1/3

Sounds awesome to me... It took a lot of wrangling to get my $114.95 payment on our Trax, but I had to make my first payment before I left the dealership and pay $500 in registration, acquisition fees. The Trax was only a $23k MSRP car too.

Depends on if you can get all these incentives PLUS the $7500 tax credit. (Did the lease give the full credit?) Might end up getting the car for free!

I can't do a lease because of driving 18k or more miles/year. I managed to keep my leased Volt under 15k by driving my HEMI pickup to make up the difference. Not the best solution.

Lessees don't get the tax credit, the lessor does. Looks like he received $6,860 in lease incentives though, so he basically got most of it passed.

Almost $5k dealer discount! That's nuts! Congrats OP, that is a killer deal. Especially when you toss in the Costco and CA rebate money.

Great deal, Fremont or Capitol? As pointed out the Bay area dealers are offering some of the best discounts in the country...

Was reported by the Vette forums that someone did 20K miles/year and that many lenders are going up to 30K (GMF doesn't list their policy online, instead "see friendly GM dealer!")...No guarantee that post was accurate, the policy is up to date or applies to the Volt but I'd imagine it would because I had a friend who leased an Equinox for 15K/year (I leased one myself but less miles) and was told he could purchase additional miles but he went with 15K...While I believe it's $.25/mile, I don't know if they keep the residual the same as 15K or if it's adjusts...Still, you'd have to imagine a MY17 Volt in 2020 with 54K-60K miles will not only take a bath in resale value but may be near impossible to sell private party at a price higher than trade in value making leasing not a terrible idea...Of course the best financial move is to buy an USED Volt...

Hi,
I would like to get the same deal,
I am also leasing a nissan leaf so that may give me the leasing incentive, I did got to fremont and I even quoted 220 for 12000 miles per year for 3 years terms, but these guys were pretty arrogant.

Can you tell me who to contact.
Thanks

Fremont Chevy, talk to Joel, tell him Alex sent you.
I think I got a better deal at Fremont :) LT, 15k miles, zero drive off, no GM card points everything else much the same $229 :)

Very similar but since I got a lot more miles I think it's slightly better.

Oh and I worked with Clark. In my opinion they are what they are, car salesman, I don't care that much about attitude as long as I can get the best price.
