Has anyone figured out how to stop or disable the Infotainment screen warning message ("Taking your eyes off the road too long or often....") Mine pops up when I turn on the radio/infotainment several days after clicking on "OK". Yes, I know I can make it go away (temporarily it seems) by clicking on the "OK" button, but I dislike being frequently reminded by a computer; a one-time warning message is sufficient, thank you.

Good question and hope there is a way. However I think it may be required for CarPlay/Android Auto or MyLink. I have a Pioneer unit with CarPlay in my truck and it makes you OK it every time. Thanks to our litigious society:p
Kinda like having to have a peanut allergy warning on peanut butter. CYA all the way.

Agree, I had an aftermarket in-dash nav/DVD system installed and every time you brought up the nav screen it made you click ok to inform you not to take your eyes from the road. Funny enough, if one were to actually read the full message while driving, it would have been far more dangerous than a quick glance as the entire message was at least a paragraph long.

It pops up WARNING, so it draws your eyes to it. Could they be sued if you get in an accident reading their warning to not look at it?
Would love to see someone (preferably an attorney experienced in litigation with automobile manufacturers) try; maybe then automobile owners would be given the option to turn off those kind of messages.
