This may be a dumb question and I think I know the answer, but, I just bought a used 2013 Volt, and I was interested in adding a Back up Camera. I kinda thought it already had one but no. It does have the fancy radio and Navigation, what my separate manual describes as an Infotainment system? Well the first thing I am asked when wanting to add a Camera is wether I have MyLink? I can't seem to find anything in any of my manuals that describes or uses the wording Mylink? Is that the same thing as an Infotainment system? And, one additional question, I have read that the dealer needs to activate the system to add a Camera, but I have also read 2 or 3 different suppliers information on add on kits, including supposedly factory ones, and they never mention that I need to go to the dealer (which is the part I don't like about adding a camera) and I have read everything in their descriptions. 2013+ have mylink infotainment system.
