I've had it happen twice now on my 2017. The Infotainment display goes black but the back up camera still works. Loose the radio and all other functions. First time It corrected by shutting the car down for about a half hour then all returned to normal. Second time I took it to the dealer and let them check it out. The car was in the shop for a few days. They updated some software and sent me on my way. I hope it is solved but time will tell.
