Anyone visited any of the chargers in Indiana State Parks? Are they pure Tesla Destination Chargers or do any of them have a J1772?

Have you tried checking on plugshare.com? They usually list the plug types.

For instance, according to them, Indiana Dunes park offers J-1772 in multiple locations, but not a Tesla plug.

I looked and they say Tesla only, but in the picture on plugshare, one charger looks like it has extra wire and something that looks like an extraneous handle sticking partially out of the back.

If Plugshare says Tesla only, I think that is pretty reliable. But link to the location you are interested in and someone may be able to tell from the picture.

This is rural Indiana -- almost nothing is reliable with regard to public car charging, yet. (I think they actually got the chargers two years ago and no one ever connected them until very recently)...

Regardless, I was able to zoom in more on the picture on my computer and I don't think it is anything useful.
