Going by driver comments, over many months and years, it does work for some drivers, but not all. Why not address this properly and make the data provisioning worthy of the powertrain, safety features and other high quality elements of the vehicle?

I couldn’t agree more. On start is unreliable and sporadic at best! Our 2011 works now, but our 2014 hasn’t updated or provide any useful information in more than two months. All I hear from them is my account is about to expire, sign up to continue reliable service. (Or words to this effect). I’ve decided I don’t care any longer.
