It's not just the Volt that Chevy can't market. I sold half a dozen Cruzes back in 2012 just by giving people rides in them. My dad, a hard core Alfa Romeo fan even liked the way it rode and handled. I've given a couple of rides in my 2017 Volt and talked to people about the fact that I've only stopped for gas once this summer, and that was to fuel up while I had a dollar off a gallon for my trip later this month to see the eclipse.
