And coincidently I also got the change oil soon warning around the same time. So I will be taking it to a dealer to have the oil changed. Being that it just hit 60k miles, what else should I expect them to suggest as service items?

They may offer several services that remove cash from your pocket and put it in theirs. Best to have a look at your manual, before going in, to see what GM recommends at 60K.

Owner's manual only calls for oil change and tire rotation at that mileage. If you've crossed the 5 year mark, you would also be due coolant changes.
