Hi all,
Had my rear axel replaced by dealership. A week later a wheel's lug nut dust cap cover flew off. I was able to recover it and it seems undamaged. Just wondering how to go about installing it again? Do dealers use some sort of adhesive? I saw a blueish substance on the lug nut itself so I thought they might be glued on since I did not see any type of threads.

I think they are glued on. I would just go purchase a set of real lug nuts, (without a fake chrome cover).

I've lost quite a few of these, it's annoying.

I superglued mine. So far so good.

A set of real lugnuts is going to happen if I lose too many more, though. The DPAccessories sets on Amazon are like $20 and well reviewed.
