You might try to contact Bosch and see what your options are. SPX is now part of Bosch. Like you indicated, it looks like they no longer offer the Blink hardware.

My Blink charger has died. The warranty says I should contact "homecharging.spx.com", but that link is no longer valid.

There should be a little serial number sticker at the bottom of the Blink. It has the service phone number on it.

After leaving it unplugged for a while it started working again. Maybe it was heat.

However, the warranty service is still a question and I appreciate the responses for future reference.
