How to aim Volt headlights?

It mentions that some vehicles were marginal until the headlights were aimed.

I'm a 110% kind of person and like everything as optimal as possible. I have pretty good LED headlights, but how to aim them?

There it is, page 1088 of the Volt Ampera service manual.

In a Gen 1 all you can do is raise and lower the shutters inside the lights
It's pretty annoying to me.

Headlight Aim Frustration

I wound up adding auxiliary lights (Hexfires) to get some side spill.
