I live on the top of a Hill/Mountain, the Spark has enough mileage for the short trips I take, but a huge amount of regenerative braking potential is wasted when the vehicle is fully charged overnight at my home on the top of a mountain, as the Spark would be able to recharge the whole way down the hill. Is there a way to set the recharging system to only charge to 70% or so that the trip down the hill in the morning can complete the rest of the charge?

You can use the delayed charge based on departure time, and set your departure time to a couple hours later than you actually leave.

Yes, just set your departure time and peak and off peak hours.

By this combination, I am able to get my car to only charge to 60% for my daily commute to work. I roll in with 1 mile range remaining everyday and get a free charge going home.
