Aspiring engineer here, but utterly lacking in enough time to reverse engineer the Volt and nerd it up. Slow and steady is probably safer for me and the volt though. One mod at a time.

geek=technology lust?
nerd=informed enthusiast?

Welcome aboard, but be forewarned, the Volt can and does cause otherwise normal and sane people to do goofy things to avoid using gas. So I'll start you out slowly with your first TIP: Set your tire pressures to 2 PSI OVER what is recommended on the door label of 36 PSI to 38 PSI, do that early in the morning or the coldest part of the day. That will increase your AER a bit.

After this your on your own as to how far you want to go to eek out every last foot of electric range.

Here's to miles of EV smiles.

I take delivery of my 2014 tomorrow. Will the Kool-Ade be in the glove box, or should I look for it to come in the mail. I've had Volt-envy Since they were a concept, and will finally be able to live out my EV dream!
