I just bought my 17 volt 10 days ago. however, I've done registering my Onstar account 4 times, and it still doesn't work.
First time, It was with the dealer, for an initial set up. everything went well, after I logged into my account, terms and conditions had to be accepted, then i was able to use the mobile app as it should. Two days later, I was no longer able to login to my onstar account neither from the app nor through the website.
Called onstar, they said there's some error in my account, and they had to call me back when it was solved.
couple hours later, they called back on my cell phone, saying problem solved, and I have to push the onstar button to go through the register process again. so I did, and everything seemed back to normal.
However, 2 days later, symptoms showed again, no access to my account. Had to call them again. I was told, the registration process was not completed, so I went ahead completed it through onstar in my car.
This time, it was weird, there was no terms and conditions show up when I log in my account, and I don't have any functions related to my car available. Had to call them again. they said there was some technical issue for my account, and they will call me back in 24 hours. 1749894242.jpg
I am still waiting for the call, hopefully they can get it right this time.
Did this happen to any of you? Or just lucky me?

I have an old car with an expired account and because of it I can't activate the one correctly on my volt
