It seems the strongest of the hitches for a bike rack or cargo pod - should give a good 200 lb. tongue weight, but the installation looks involved. Would it be better to have a body shop install it rather than a hitch dealer who does mostly trucks? Does anyone have any experience with this hitch? It looks like it would make the bottom of the bike rack ride much higher than Curt or Draw-tite (although there are height-changing attachments that could be used on the hitch).

I have it on my 2013. Shouldn't be much different for the gen 2. I let one of their authorized installers do it (check their locator on the website). $65 and took about an hour. Worth it imo. Dealer wanted $120 to install.

I'm looking at hitches for my 2019, I like the hidden-ness of the EcoHitch Invisi, and maybe this is a dumb question, but how do you show your plate when using this with a bike rack so you stay road legal?
