This is a unique situation in Florida. We live there in winter and our complex has no ability to charge an EV. All outside plugs have been blanked off and there are only limited public charging around us. (City of Pembroke Pines) even new shopping complexes and the new City Centre was built with no EV considerations. The local mall had EV charging on their website as a services item and when I asked them where it was it suddenly disappeared off the website. Many existing stations don't work, or are in locations where they are constantly iced, and the Florida statue signs saying non EV cars parking here will be towed have been removed as the cops no longer enforce the law. The local dealer sells lots of EV cars, just that the public and leadership mindset is in the dark ages.

Hmm, there is a big Tesla charging station right behind the Chilis on University Ave in Davie.
