Ok so I see on most of the gen 2 volts the bowtie logo sits on top of the upper grill you can wrap the logo in whatever colour you want why oh why did Chevy also make a second option that the logo is under the plastic? I can't change the logo colour on the wifes 17 premier as the logo is beneath clear plastic and you can't access to change it or paint it or wrap the emblem as seen in the photo it is under that piece of plastic and not accessible

The radar for the ACC is behind that grill. Think of that grill as the V.I.P. section of an already exclusive club. 🙂

hahaha well I want to remove it and change the colour of the damn logo I have some blue vinyl that almost matches the top of the shifter I want to put on it

That ACC radar is an expensive part. I wouldn’t mess with it.

May dissasemble it this weekend to see if I can gain access to the bowtie and try and wrap it and then put it back together see what the wife says it is her car afterall but I have never been one to shy away from tearing things down to play around with them and see how they work and modify them, This time the mod is just going to be some nice blue wrap on the bowtie

Will be interesting to see if the result blocks the ACC sensor from working.

Looks like I am not going to have time to pull it apart this weekend we are helping build a garage so it will have to wait sadly
