I've had my '17 Volt for almost 2 months now and no problems yet (touch wood). My Volt advisor called today and asked how my experience buying it as well as owning it so far has been. He sent me a follow up email with links to various info sites etc. about the car and said to contact him if I had any questions or problems. I've never had this kind of personal service with any car I'd bought before!

Do you mind sharing the links to the info sites that were discussed? TIA.

All of the Volt Advisors have crossed the border into Canada.
That's because GM's normal Canadian Customer Service is awful. Maybe the Volt Advisors can teach them how to do customer service right.

This is normal for the Canadian team. Not sure the status of the US team.
Haven't called in years, not sure if the number has changed, nor know if it is literally only Dan for the entire country (I haven't heard anyone say another name, lol)

You might be able to find that book on ebay also. Original owners of the first year model got a box with that book in it, along with some other pamphlets and such, and even a volt branded flip video camera. I have one of these boxes - bought it from somebody on this forum.
