Ok, brief history - went to Chevy dealer for first time and was less than satisfactory. Called onStar and someone promised to look into it. And for that the CSR 'good-willed' an addtional year of onStar (well, she said I have other choices but I made it easy.)

And she is still on the case with the first dealer re: changing their policy (specifically with installing Android Auto - they wouldn't install it since I don't have a letter or email from GM 'authorizing' that so they would get paid.)

I am a first time GM buyer. Went a long way, this. Well done.

Glad to hear it!

I arrived at my destination after an airline flight once and my luggage didn't show up. The customer service folks were able to tell me exactly where my bags were (another city) and told me that they'd deliver them to my house the next day. That kind of service turned what would have been a very negative impression into a very positive one.

That's how smart companies operate, IMHO.
