Anyone know a good USB cable for Android Auto? The cable I have starts AA and then the car reports the phone isn't connected via Bluetooth. I can use Bluetooth A2DP all day long when not using AA.

Generally USB cables are pretty much all the same. So other than trying a different cable you might want to try a different phone... maybe one of those fruity ones that uses CarPlay instead of AA. At a minimum, try borrowing a friend's android from a different manufacturer to see if it's you phone or the car or the cable.

Your USB cable is probably fine. Try disconnecting BT, then start AA. If it still asks for BT, them connect it at that time.
