I would like get my used Volt inspected by a mechanic experienced with Volt maintenance before purchasing. Would anyone be able to recommend a mechanic for this in Atlanta, GA? (Or would you recommend a trusted dealership so that I don't have to worry about inspection?)

I am looking to purchase years 2012-2015.

Would be nice to have a list of " USA/CANADA Volt certified Mechanics", if they exist outside GM dealerships...the market is growing !!!. Most of the Volts are still under warranty, but after market volt mechanic will be a reality, in a close future.

If you're asking about the Volt you might have a better chance of getting an answer in a Volt forum rather than this one, which is for the Bolt.

Why not by one certified by the dealer? By the way, Voltec related carries 8 year warranty. In the alternative, have a good mechanic look it over for you. A lot of componentry is shared by most other vehicles. Volts have been very reliable.
