GM TIS 2 Year Subscription misrepresentation

I have a 2 year subscription to the ACDELCO TIS service for my 2012 Volt. I was not able to log in this week and was told that the 2 year subscription has a limit to how many times you reprogram your modules. It has a limit of 1 reprogramming event per number of modules in the vehicle (if your vehicle has 20 modules then you are limited to 20 reprogramming events). Their help desk told me that there is nowhere where this limitation is represented to the consumer.

Is there an administrator monitoring this thread that can escalate this issue to the proper department for those of us who are effected by this misrepresentation?
