So, I've been noticing lately that my battery level indicators are not in sync with the battery life of the car itself.

While the CUE screen battery indicator shows 3-4 green bars remaining and the driver display shows a balance of 4 miles, the car is going to engine power early.

Any clues as to why this is starting to happen more?

I thought that was the whole point of the battery software update/recall from last year ?
At least for Volts ?

try a restart of the car at 10 miles left and see what the re-calculation of state of charge then says.
I have even had rare times where it went UP.

Didn't know there was one as I did not get any notice from GM or the dealer on this.
