the Front wind screen blower doesn't work any more. When I fog up I used be able to touch that and it would clear the front and front side windows.

Could be the air flow controllers are stuck. Pull the HVAC fuse for a few seconds, it should perform a reset and may get them working again. F5 in the driver's side fuse panel comes to mind, but I could be wrong.
