I recently picked up a 2018 Volt Premier with all available options. Love the car! I noticed a slight difference in the upper grill where the bow tie is. There’s a somewhat oval shaped border about 8” wide around the bow tie. Also, both grills seem to be more of a grey shiny plastic as opposed to previous that seem to be stainless steel. Is this something unique to Premiers or perhaps a mid-year refresh? Car was manufactured in 4/18.

Sounds like you have one with ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control). The radar unit behind the grill requires a plastic grill.

Ah, you are correct. I do have the adaptive cruise. Thanks for clearing that up.
