You can follow owner, You You Xue, who has been documenting his experience on the Tesla Model 3 Road Trip Facebook page.

But a number of issues have emerged with the car, which were summarized by one commenter on a Reddit thread about the extensive trip:

Problems reported here in 3 days if i’m not wrong: 1. Air bag light. 2. Tire pressure sensor. 3. Charging lid. 4. Wipers knock. 5. Music system noises. 6. Service response malfunction. 7. Loud pop in back and warning light. 8. 12v plug not working. 9. Low quality wiper blades leaving strikes. 10. Time zone recognition. 11. Mistakes in charging rates calculation. And low quality “upgraded” music system.

"Motion sickness - For real. Apparently caused by regenerative braking. Turned it down to LOW to get used it slowly." I agree I no longer drive in LOW if my wife is in the car, she says it makes her car sick. I guess its the constant undulations as you try to match the cars braking to where you want end up when coming to a stop. I now just drive with the brake pedal and all is well and I'm sure I'm not leaving any electrons on the table.

That's no joke. Bolt in L can have vertigo inducing regen if you aren't anticipating it. If I don't specifically need the one pedal mode, I leave mine in D and use the brake. Coming down from high speed on an off ramp I might blip the paddle a few times.

Back with my Gen I Volt, there were a few times where driving L and Sport mode got my foot and road in undamped harmonic coupling with a washboard road. Very strange.

Flying in the face of the "drive in L" crowd around these parts. I made my wife car sick on the test drive. She asked to be let out, and she wasn't patient about it. If you think the front seat is bad, try the back seat.

Interesting that even in a Tesla which can't coast (the S I drove couldn't), at least it can be dialed back. I'm pretty sure my wife wouldn't want to ride in it even then.

Most ironic are the ones who talk about driver aids to combat fatigue are sometimes the ones promoting driving in a manner where you have to meter the throttle constantly.
Since we are citing Jalopnik on Tesla, here is a new review of the Model 3 by the lead Jalopnik test person.

Typical Tesla quality I see. This is more like alpha testing, not beta.
But let's not forget that Tesla has got the highest owner satisfaction rating in many of the surveys conducted. One such is the Consumer Reports latest survey.

It would be a while before the real world buyers would make a dent in the ratings when the TM3 is mass produced. Hopefully, Tesla would get their acts together for production quality TM3's off their factory.
The jalopnik video in the link above is actually substantially more positive than the written article. Its worth a look before ripping the 3 on the basis of every individual complaint on the web. Especially in terms of quality of the build.
